Household gas meters

Household gas meters are designed for assessment of the volume of the consumed natural gas as per GOST 5542-87 or vapours of liquefied carbureted hydrogen gas as per GOST 20448-90, as well as other non-aggressive gases being used in domestic and production purposes.

Distinctive Features:
  • Low noise-level; high wearing qualities and reliability, small pressure loss are being ensured by design peculiarities and kinematic scheme of the gas meter mechanism, use of antifriction and wear-resistant materials of the leading world producers in the course of production of the gas meter parts .
  • High accuracy of measurement and high sensitivity are being determined by application of shape stable diaphragms operating within a range from -40oC to +60oC.
  • Insensibility to soiling and high corrosion-resistance are being ensured by application of high quality materials for production of parts, units and application of special coatings.
    Basic parts of a gas meter are being produced of aluminium alloy which ensures high resistance to effect of corrosive media of a natural gas condensate and weather impacts.
  • Demountable design of mounting of the basic parts and assembly units of the gas meter mechanism ensures remout readout of registration by means of a computer network connected with the municipal services.
Gas meters are being equipped with adapters and filters. Filters protect the gas meter against tarry matters, dust, sand, metal scale, rust and other firm particles containing in a natural gas passing through it or other not aggressive gas. Filter application considerably increases  reliability of operation of the gas meter and gas equipment mounted after the gas meter. Qualitative clearing of gas allows to increase accuracy of indications of a gas meter and the term of its service.
 
The gas meters have been introduced to the State registers of the Republic of Belarus , the Russian Federation , the Republic of Kazakhstan and have been admitted to application as the measuring instrument.

Diaphragm gas meter

Diaphragm gas meters SGD-1 of standard sizes G 1,6 and G2,5 are designed for assessment of the volume of the consumed natural gas as per GOST 5542-87 or vapours of liquefied carbureted hydrogen gas as per GOST 20448-90, as well as other non-aggressive gases being used in domestic and production purposes.

SGD-3T Diaphragm gas meter with temperature compensator

The gas meter is equipped with a temperature compensator SGD-3T which performs correction of registration of the gas meter depending on the temperature of the gas within a range from – 40oC to +35 oС°.
